I wanted to create a platform that recognizes what they have built while encouraging more Filipino founders to maximize LinkedIn as a tool for visibility, credibility, and business growth."

With over two decades in sales, branding, and digital marketing, Hernandez advocates for personal branding and relationship-building. Through this initiative, he demonstrates that LinkedIn is not just for job seekers and corporate professionals, but a vital space for entrepreneurs, business owners, and community leaders to connect with opportunities.

More Than Recognition: Building a Founders Community

The unranked 2025 list honors 40 individuals across diverse industries—including startup founders, CEOs, consultants, educators, and community builders—with equal recognition.

Integrity is foundational: selection is based purely on leadership and contributions, independent of sponsorships or ticket purchases. Beyond the awards ceremony, the inaugural event introduces the Founders Collection, uniting founder stories, digital profiles, apparel, and networking opportunities to preserve stories and foster peer connection.

The November 14 ceremony will feature five speakers who will share insights on entrepreneurship, business growth, leadership, and innovation.

Nominations for the 2026 edition will open during the November 14 gathering. Filipino founders with established ventures, verifiable leadership roles, and active LinkedIn practices may be nominated. The nomination process is free, and follower count is not the deciding factor.

For Hernandez, the long-term vision goes beyond recognizing 40 individuals every year.
