Philippine Airlines now sends travel reminders via email three days before your flight.
Starting July 28, 2025, all Philippine Airlines passengers will receive a pre-flight email notification containing essential travel reminders three (3) days before flight departure.
This will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of booking and contains essential details to help passengers prepare for their upcoming trip:
• Before the Flight – Travel requirements, eTravel registration, special assistance arrangements, online check-in, no-show and downline cancellation policy, flight status, and manage booking links
• At the Airport – Check-in reminders and additional security screening procedures
• During the Flight – Updated power bank policy and available inflight entertainment
• Upon Arrival – Guidance on baggage issue reporting and transfer assistance
