Why Philippine buyers will soon start their property search on a news site

Makati, Philippines - November 03, 2026 - Listd Technologies Inc., the company behind proptech platform Listd.ph, and INQUIRER.net have partnered to launch a real estate portal on INQUIRER.net powered by Listd's platform. The partnership was signed in September 2026, and the portal goes live soon.

Through the portal, INQUIRER.net readers will be able to browse properties for sale and for rent on the same site where they follow property and business news. Listings come from Listd.ph, where they are posted by PRC-verified agents and brokerages, developers and property owners.

What Listd's listings show

A snapshot of active listings on Listd.ph as of October 2026 shows:

• Houses and lots outnumber condominiums among for-sale listings by about a fifth, making them the platform's largest for-sale category.
• Makati and Taguig account for over 4 in 10 condominiums for sale and 6 in 10 condominiums for rent listed on the platform.
• Nearly 3 in 4 Makati listings are for rent. In Quezon City, the split is reversed: about 6 in 10 listings are for sale.

What the portal offers

• For buyers and renters: Properties for sale and for rent, browsable on INQUIRER.net.
• For agents and brokerages: Listings published on Listd.ph also appear on the INQUIRER.net portal without a separate upload. Inquiries go directly to the listing agent.
• For developers: Project listings on Listd.ph also appear on the portal.
